The
applicant is asking me to direct the respondents to perform in a
different way an undertaking which they have already discharged. No
legal authority is cited to show me on what basis I can do so. I do
not believe that there is any authority for such a proposition,and I
do not think that the applicant can get past that very basic point.
For that reason alone the application will be refused.
